The management of the institution is very poor and they have terrible communication. They have a very strict no returns policy, even if you are very unwell and no longer able to attend classes they still will not give you a refund. I emailed to ask if it was possible to get a refund and they completely ignored my question, their reply was that they could offer me a class credit. I even supplied them with a copy of a medical certificate which showed that I wasn't even able to attend work due to my unforeseen illness. Its not my fault if I become sick or injured, I found them to be very inconsiderate and unaccommadating to my situation. They tried to claim that they could not give me a refund because I had already accepted to have the fees credited to another class. Well of course that is what I would agree to when THAT IS THE ONLY OPTION YOU GAVE ME. Do not waste your time with this school they are just inconsiderate money grabbers.
