I am an Italian student and I did not like this school. The cost is high and I believe that everyone has the right to study English, not only rich people. The cost is exaggerated compared to the quality of teaching. Some teachers are very arrogant and stubborn and have ways of working that are not appropriate for a teacher who teaches in a school in which students pay so much. Also, in general all the staff behave in ways that are inadequate compared with the cost of the school. I do not recommend this school at all!

Realize that if a student pays so much to study English he wants to be TAKEN CARE OF IN EVERY LITTLE DETAIL

It's a great college, and from day one I found myself immediately at ease in an international class with very knowledgeable and helpful teachers . I spent a month in Edinburgh and my English has greatly improved (I got a B2 Cambridge). The school is located in the center of the city, just minutes from Pincess Street and in any case you can easily reach anything with the excellent public transport. I highly recommend Basil Paterson to anyone interested in improving their English greatly with a full immersion in Scotland :)
