Typical visa mill. The students pay, so they run the show. I got the feeling that almost no one was there to learn English. Sleeping in class, using cell phones, speaking to each other in their native language are common problems a teacher will face here, and the teacher will face them alone, with zero help from administration, who in fact seem to encourage such behavior. I was reprimanded once, for telling a student he couldn't use his phone during a test, and another time for telling a student she couldn't sleep in class. In both cases, the students complained, and I was punished. No support for teachers.

Start treating yourself like a real school. Listen to the suggestions/complaints of your staff and try to make your school a better place for teachers and students alike.
