Concordia University, Language Institute's English and French as a second language non-credit programs are dynamic and student-centered, designed to meet the needs of adult learners. In addition to part time study, the Language Institute offers a year-round Intensive ESL Program. Founded in 1977, this daytime program attracts international students from over 60 countries.
