Durante bastantes años, el Waikato Institute of Education (WIE) ha sido una de las escuelas de inglés líderes de Nueva Zelanda. El campus del WIE está situado justo en el corazón de Hamilton, a solo unos minutos del Centro de transportes de Hamilton y del centro de la ciudad, con sus numerosos comercios, restaurantes, cines y posibilidades de ocio.

The management of the institution is very poor and they have terrible communication. They have a very strict no returns policy, even if you are very unwell and no longer able to attend classes they still will not give you a refund. I emailed to ask if it was possible to get a refund and they completely ignored my question, their reply was that they could offer me a class credit. I even supplied them with a copy of a medical certificate which showed that I wasn't even able to attend work due to my unforeseen illness. Its not my fault if I become sick or injured, I found them to be very inconsiderate and unaccommadating to my situation. They tried to claim that they could not give me a refund because I had already accepted to have the fees credited to another class. Well of course that is what I would agree to when THAT IS THE ONLY OPTION YOU GAVE ME. Do not waste your time with this school they are just inconsiderate money grabbers.
