The International Academy is based in Priorslee Hall at our Telford Innovation Campus and provides a safe, friendly environment in an historic building where you can choose to study from a range of Pre-sessional English and International Foundation Year courses to help prepare you for degree study at the University of Wolverhampton. The International Academy is accredited by the British Council (Accreditation UK) for the teaching of English in the UK and we offer short courses which include summer and winter schools, preparation courses for IELTS and OET, several modern and community languages and our Pre-Master's courses provide a pathway for students who need to bridge the gap between their previous qualifications and experience and postgraduate study. Our International Business Communication (Top-up) course is suitable for anyone looking for a career where English language is important within business and we also provide bespoke teacher development for international teachers of English and testing both overseas and in the UK.
