The tutors are brilliant but the management at the college make it a miserable lace to study. If you need extra help you will be in a constant fight to get it out in place even if they have funding for it. When questioned why the support isn't in place they will lie and use the excuse they didn't know you were in, despite writing the timetable, and my representative emailing them to keep them informed. Faced blatant discrimination as a student with hidden disability being told my support was being removed as someone in a wheelchair needs it more. If you make complaints you will be either fobbed off with lies and excuses or totally ignored. I began thinking it was incompetence but now wonder if it was malicious. Awful college of you need any extra help which is a shame because it totally let's the tutors who do the hard work down. Entire management and support teams need replacing.
