The teachers are good, especially Tamlin, who is excellent, but I was looking for C2 level and I even worked with an intermediate book. I had arranged a morning course and on the arrival day they told me it was in the afternoon. The accomodation is the worst of all: their residence is horrible: old and dirty and the house-carer is unfriendly and always late. The pictures have nothing to do with reality. Finally they charge you for everything! for registering, for material, for arriving during the week...

You don't have any books, they just lend them to you to read the contents. They don't prepare you sufficiently for the exam so you can't possibly do well on it. So little is done in class.

Registered on TOEFL preparation session but landed on a regular course, without any warning, parent's notice, care, support, help from Bloomsburry. Family was further located than planned, Bloomsburry claimed paiement was not done (although done), etc. Clearly and definitely UNPROFESSIONAL.
