Camber College

I was a student in Camber College and I disagree what "Lee Kim" wrote here. There were teachers who always willing to help us in many ways. I never felt I was treated differently by any teachers and staff. What I experienced there was unforgettable. Just being in the nature of Powell River made me refreshed. Joining their activities was fun and it was all new for me. It is impossible in Japan to have so many outdoor activities in one place!! In the classrooms, I was given an opportunity of speaking fairly. Classmates helped each other whenever needed and it made me feel comfortable. I appreciate all of these people I met there.

First of all, staffs and teachers were really nice and friendly. All teachers tried to help me and all students a lot. They have a 15min question and answer time for us. And I used this time very much. And I improved my English especially speaking! School itself is small size than big cities's school, but I like that. Because I could make many friends (all students). Also, Powell River people were really friendly. My homs-stay also awesome. I had a good time with them. I really miss Camber College and Powell River. I wish I can fo back there.

Hated it. Students were friendly and kind but some teachers think they are too smart. One female teacher likes to talk to men more than women and that's not good for all students. The owner never smiles. He's always serious. I think he can smile and talk more to students. [Name removed by administrator] is always nice to students and talks a lot. Front staff is helpful. I think it would be abetter place if they had more friendly management and teachers.
