If you have any problem, you will have a lot difficulties to find a solution for your problem. I was changing my plans to come back to my country before what I hoped. So I sent all of the documents that they asked me for. I just tried to get back my money. Firstly, they asked me about my problem, and I sent my mother's medical certificate, then they asked me about my flight and I sent it again. After that, they sent an email that I'm not able to get my money. But why, if it is in the contract? I sent a communication before starting my class. So I have waited for 20 days and they have done nothing. It is the worst customer service that I I have had in all of Australia. My opinion, if you think about studying in Melbourne, choose good schools like Kaplan or EI. Never try Ability because if you have any problems, give up or you are going to have to take them to court in Australia.

Ability College english no toma en cuenta la opinión de los estudiantes frente al la inconformidad que se tiene de igual forma la cantidad de alumnos que entrar al salón de clase y del mismo idioma habla hispana es impresionante.
