I booked School and accommodation, but the experience was bad. Accommodation did not respond to our expectations; some families were terribly dirty and my students moved to other ones, some other families were not of British origins and did not care about students. I stayed with an Indian family and had the chance of sharing a few words with them just a couple of times; more to that I had to take care of my own meals as they never ate with me and very often my dinner was cold rice. Their house was at an hour journey from the school. When I asked for an English national family I was accused of discriminating: what about myself? And the money I had paid for something I did not get. Their answers were vague and I discovered in the end that no one had been checking on the families lately. No attention to the client means you lose your client and the like: We are not going to Embassy any more!!! Imagine if I had had children instead of adults...
